Background
Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Journal of Legal Studies is a peer-reviewed academic journal published electronically by Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, with three issues published annually. The journal bears the International Standard Number (ISSN) (Print: 2708-793X / Online ISSN: 2708-7948), in accordance with the international standards for academic publishing. The journal seeks to enrich legal knowledge at the local and international levels by publishing original and innovative academic research, characterized by academic quality, intellectual soundness, and a proficient linguistic style, in both Arabic and English. The journal covers various fields and disciplines of public and private law, making it a distinguished scholarly platform for researchers, academics, and legal practitioners.
The journal is supervised by the Deanship of Scientific Research and Innovation at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan and is managed by a specialized editorial board from within and outside the university. The board includes a group of highly qualified law professors and experts with extensive experience in refereeing and publishing legal researches. The members of the editorial board work diligently to ensure the quality of published research and adherence to the highest academic and scientific standards, enhancing the journal's credibility and consolidating its standing in local and international academic circles.

Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Journal of Legal Studies seeks to publish original and innovative legal research that contributes to the development of legal knowledge at the local and international levels.
