• The editor-in-chief must notify the author of the research paper on its suitability or unsuitability for publication within two weeks of receiving the reviewers' responses.
• The researcher may republish his research published in Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Journal for Human and Social Studies in his book, two years after its publication in the journal, provided that he obtains permission from the journal’s management and indicates the source when republishing.
• The researcher may submit the same research paper that he submitted for publication in Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Journal for Human and Social Studies to a conference, symposium, and the like, before publishing it in the journal, provided it is not published in the conference or symposium publication series.
• The researcher may publish an abstract of his research that has been accepted for publication at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Journal for Human and Social Studies, whether in daily or weekly newspapers, on websites, or at conferences and seminars, provided it is indicated that the research has been accepted for publication in the journal.
• A researcher may submit their research to the journal for an award, provided the awarding body does not republish it without obtaining written permission from the journal, and that the research indicates that it was published in Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan Journal for Human and Social Studies, with publication details.
• A researcher may submit to the journal their research or study prepared for other entities, provided that it has not been published through conventional publishing methods.
• The editorial board may initially review the research work to determine its suitability for peer review. Once the peer reviewers' reports are received, their opinion is binding on the editor-in-chief.
• The editor-in-chief must notify the author of the unaccepted research work of the peer reviewers' opinion upon request, without mentioning the peer reviewers' names and without any obligation to respond to the author's comments.
• If the researcher delays making the required amendments to the research for more than three months from the date of receiving the journal's response, this will be considered a withdrawal from publication, unless the researcher provides a compelling excuse acceptable to the journal's editorial board.
• The research may not be published in another scientific journal after the researcher has been notified of its approval for publication in the journal.
• Researchers may not submit their research to the journal after it has been published in print or electronic form in a scientific journal, in conference proceedings, seminars, or by any other entity. Failure to comply with this obligation will prohibit him from publishing any of his future research in the journal for two years.
• Researchers whose research has been rejected as a result of the reviewers' opinions are not entitled to resubmit the same research, even if they have made all required amendments.
• The journal has the right to republish research, whether in print or electronically, that it has previously published, and it also has the right to allow others to include its research in various databases or information.
